Questions we get asked

What do I pay before I have seen anything?

Nothing. Building the site and showing it to you is $0. The $249 only comes up after you have looked at the finished site and told us you want it.

What if I do not like it?

Then you say no and nothing further happens. There is no card on file, no cancellation to make and no fee to pay. We built it because we thought it was worth showing you.

Is there a contract?

No. The site is a one-time $249. Hosting, if you take it, is $25 a month with no term — cancel it and the following month is not billed.

Can I move it somewhere else later?

Yes. You own the domain, the code and the content from the first minute. Nothing is held back and there is no export fee if you leave.

What happens to patient information?

Requests made through your site are emailed straight to the practice. Nothing about a patient is stored on our side, so there is nothing for us to lose.
