Every page, finished — Home, services, about, new patients, contact. Written from your own listing, not a template with your name dropped in.
The code — Real HTML and CSS, hand-built. Hand it to any developer or drop it on any host. There is no licence key that stops working if you stop paying us.
The images and the copy — Everything we wrote and assembled for your practice, yours to keep and reuse.
Your domain pointed at it — If you already own one we point it at the new site. If you do not, we register it in the practice’s name, never ours.
Requests to your front desk — Every request from the site is emailed straight to the practice. Nothing is stored on our side.

Hosting is set up by hand. Email richard@grea.site and we will arrange $25 a month for you — it starts the month your site goes live, and it stops whenever you say so.

Two prices, and the second one is optional. The $25 a month is not a term: cancel it and the following month is not billed. Everything else is paid once.

Vendor figures are typical ranges gathered from published pricing and customer reports, not quotes from any one company. The last two rows say what those arrangements usually mean, not what any single vendor promises.

You own the domain, the code and the content

The domain

It is registered in the practice's name, not ours. If we register it for you, the registration is still yours and the renewal is passed through at cost. If you already have one, nothing changes hands and we point it where you say.

The code

Every page we write for you is yours from the day we hand it over. There is no export fee, no permission to ask for, and no licence key that stops working if you stop paying us. The $249 is literally the files.

The content

The words, the photos, the hours, the reviews we build from your listing. Take all of it with you. If you leave, we delete our copy of the site and you keep yours.

Your patient requests

Requests made on your site are emailed straight to the practice. They are never stored in a database, and there is no Chairside system holding patient information for anyone to take.

If you do not want the site

You tell us it is a no and you are finished. You paid $0 to look, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. No form, no phone call required, no reason needed. If you would rather we closed the private link for you, reply to the email we sent or write to richard@grea.site with the practice name. Once a link is closed the site is deleted.

If you do want it, the $249 is paid once and the files are handed over. Because the site has been seen and approved by then, that payment is not refundable — the work was done and it was delivered. Full wording on the refund policy page.
